When I am in absolute silence, and I close my right ear I hear a ringing sound, but I don't when I close my left ear. I normally don't hear a ringing sound (I noticed ringing one time but It was close to none)

I just realized that when i block my ears with hand or moreover with a pillow, then a ringing sound kicks in after 2-3 seconds. Is this tinnitus?

When i put pillows on my ears and block them completely, i hear a ringing sound. Is this tinnitus? Could i have hearing loss as well? 17M.
