This is how my lines look going into season 3. Missed the playoffs by just a couple points in both of the first 2 years. Desperately needed scoring, and addressed that with Connor and Caufield. Hopefully it works. Should be a solid team but the sim hasn't been kind to me so far.

Beginning of Year 4, and decided to see what my forward lines will be looking like in a few years when my prospects are done developing. Pretty happy with how things are going. Lines from 1 to 4 are: PWF-PLY-SNP, SNP-PLY-PWF, TWF-TWF-PWF, PWF-TWF-GRN.

Should've known it would happen. Went into the season hoping it would be a rebuilding year, was #1 in the division at the trade deadline due to a very weak Metro, added Gourde and Vejmelka, went on a skid towards the end of the season and missed the playoffs by a point. Typical.

Ducks low-key put together a super team in the 2024 off-season. Signed Guentzel, Kane, Tarasenko, and Paccioretty. Halfway through the 24-25 season and they're the best team in the league.

Looking back at my Svechnikov trade three years later. He helped my Flames win two cups and the players I traded to Carolina are turning out pretty nicely. He earned himself a six year extension. Canes were at the bottom of the league at the time but are now back to contending.

4 Cups in 5 years! 2025, 2026, 2028, 2029. Took out the top 2 teams in the league, the Sharks and Sabres, en route to becoming champions once again. 38 year-old deadline acquisition Jonathan Marchessault led the way and won the Conn Smythe. Also brought back Dougie Hamilton to solidify our defense.
