Anyone know what this is? 🥲 It’s a reddish rash with tiny bumps on my arm that gets worse when it’s hot or when I wear a jacket. Calms down with cold, but I’m not sure if it’s from oily food or something else.

I'm sixteen years old, and I really detested these bumps on my forehead that I thought had grown from years of repeated hard bumps when I was younger—possibly seven years old. They are not painful, and they are not growing. Could someone please explain what these are and how to get rid of them?
