Flicker Free High CRI Neutral White (3500k) Light Bulbs

Philips LED Multi-CCT Dip Switch are the highest quality neutral white bulbs I could find for a reasonable price. They also have switch on them to change the color temperature, which is a bonus. Target seems to be the only one carrying them; although Amazon sells Philips LED WhiteDial, which appear to be the same thing, but with a less convenient temperature switch (and they cost $8 more).

For potentially higher quality (and a lot more money) there's:

CENTRIC DAYLIGHT™ Full Spectrum Flicker-Free 4000k

CENTRIC HOME™ Flicker-Free 3000k

I have not tried them yet, but I would speculate these are seemingly closer to neutral white than most 3000k and 4000k bulbs given that they are "full spectrum". They're also 95 CRI.

From their article on 4000k:

"Our conclusion is that 4000K may appear too yellow compared to natural daylight, but is unlikely to appear too blue compared to incandescent or warm-white lighting, although this is ultimately a personal preference question."
