Was anyone else really unhappy with their results after finishing?

Started with 30mg for 3 months. Increased dosage to 40 mg. Derm said "don't expect the perfect skin, you will need mechanical facial cleaning after treatment". Now this journey looks like total waste of time, health and money cause I started it because of those comedones. I don't see any progress...
