HREQ 1920: Online or In person??

I’ve signed up for this class, but I’m still confused as to if it is in person or online. I am a first year student who is still getting used to the abbreviations here. I assumed that LECT meant lecture, which would be in person. This course wasn’t listed as being online when I searched for online courses yet under the “Notes/Additional Fees” it says it will be delivered online and synchronously.

Is anyone else taking this course or has taken another course with a similar situation? Would this course be delivered online like it says in the notes section or are those notes typically outdated and unreliable to base your judgement off of?
