Easiest way to pack a sleeping bag

I recently bought an OEX roam 400 sleeping bag and was wondering what’s the best way to pack a sleeping bag. Should you stuff it into the sack or roll it up? I’ve seen some people say that they don’t use a sack and just use it to fill the dead space in their bag.
