HELP my junky car needs to be replaced

Hi guys! To keep things very simple, I currently own a 2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5ts. Susan the Subaru, is slowly starting to shut down on me. She has almost 300k miles. Moral of story, I’m a college student that goes home every weekend or so. I live in a state where it snows heavy so it needs to be good in harsh weather conditions. I’m looking for something between $10-17k 😅😭 times are rough lol. The lower the better lol. I don’t really care about anything particularly fancy, only for sure must haves is bluetooth or CarPlay and multiple cup holders. My Subaru only has 1 cup holder.
