So tired and overwhelmed

There is no way to explain it, I am 36, going on 37 and I been so overwhelmed for months. i have not been consistent with my spiritual practices and I been feeling so overwhelmed and other things...its like a fog cloud over me. Idk how to explain it. Any ladies in here understand? I don't think its menopause since i get my cycles
