Argonian towns?

My daughter and I are both huge Skyrim fans and we were recently lamenting the lack of underwater...well, anything. It makes the water breathing ability only situationally useful, and those situations are few and far between.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any mods that might feature underwater content for Argonians. Even something like a very, very long tunnel leading into a cave with a hidden Argonian village or something.

I run an Argonian thief /assassin now and then and usually use waterways to hide from those chasing me. But it'd be great if there was more.
