Is Skyrim vanilla still worth it ?

Hi, i've never played Skyrim ane i would like to give it a try, but i'm on ps5 and i want to play the base game. Maybe i'll add a few graphics mode but that's it. Is the base game still worth it and fun to play in 2025 ? Thanks in advance !
