Leave Replacement vs Tenure Track

I am 25F from NJ and graduated in 2022 with my MEd in School Counseling. Since then, I’ve struggled finding a full time position. For this past school year, I worked from October to April in an 8th grade maternity leave replacement, then another from May to June as a 10th-12th grade paternity leave replacement. I was offered a job as another high school maternity leave replacement from September until November. However, I am now up for the opportunity of a full time tenure track position. Of course, I do not know if I will get it, but I’m not sure if I’d even be able to accept if it was offered to me. I signed a promise of employment for the September through November leave, but I haven’t done any of the other paperwork yet. The promise of employment doesn’t have anything on there showing any penalties if you were to back out, so I’m wondering if anyone has any experience in this? I want nothing more than a full time job and especially this would be middle school, which is my favorite age group. Thanks in advance for any information!
