Job offers

Hi everyone!!

I just graduated this past May. I was offered a long term substitute job. Yay! I am tempted to take it, but I am still interviewing for some permanent positions. Do I accept the sub job for now, and back out if I receive a permanent position, or is that unprofessional? Still a bit new to this.
