Didn't reply to a text fast enough

My mom and my step dad both unfollowed me and my spouse on social media because I didn't reply to their separate group texts fast enough. For some context, she specifically hasn't spoken to me in two months and in the last two weeks we've had our roof start leaking, our guinepig die, I fell really bad and fucked myself so badly I can't walk and have had to go to the ER for care, and I got a really nasty cold (probably from being at the ER). So her bombardment of texts haven't been my priority to say the least.

I'm not even sure how I feel about everything at this point because I have so much going on that I can't even begin to unpack all of this but it's like. I think I've finally realized that I can't do this anymore with her. Why can she go months without speaking to me for literally no reason at all or because I've done something that's upset her but she won't say that and she can just waltz back into my life without having to explain herself but the second I de-center her and start trying to make sure I'm literally not dying now I'm getting unfollowed and punished???? What the fuck????
