Is this a good buy/project?

Runs and drives, 289 v8 with 4 speed auto. Frame is supposedly straight and not rusty, though there’s a few holes in the trunk from water pooling there. It’s missing front seats. It needs a new gas tank which he has, just hasn’t put in, and it has 54k miles. I want a pretty, classic, v8 project. Is this good? Any advice or recommended questions to ask the seller?
