Went in for induction... Already dilated!

I'm terrified but settling in since my arrival to the hospital. I was having some really strong contractions Saturday night and they have been on and off since. When I came in for my cervical check prior to induction, the doctor told me I was already 6cm!

This is happening! I'm terrified but let's do this.
