Can anybody help me interpret my test results?

Had a positive at home test on Tuesday and Wednesday and went to the doctor to get blood drawn on Tuesday (4 weeks 5 days at the time). I can’t tell based on my result number of 158 what that means. Can someone explain to me like I’m five? Thanks
