U.S. RTX 3070 Founders Edition - Best Buy Restock

Despite hearing from many that this is possibly the worst possible time to build a computer, I have pulled through. Right now, I have collected almost every single part I need to make my computer. I was excited, and I even had a solution for my graphics card! I could use my dad's old graphics card and snag a 3070 FE from Best Buy when I got the chance... or so I thought. Turns out, my dad has an old EVGA superclocked GT 240. Allegedly, I have been told that this card would struggle running even Minecraft at 480p. Whether this is true or not, I don't know, but now I have all of my parts coming by the end of the week and I'm without a graphics card.

HERE'S THE IMPORTANT QUESTION I HAVE:

How do you secure a card at Best Buy? I have seen many things telling me that periodically if you wait and use X and Y browser extensions/sites, it'll tell you when Best Buy restocks faster than they can send out their e-mail.

Will the Sold Out button turn from grey to yellow automatically, or do I have to refresh? Are the extensions and sites that are widely used reliable? (I tried using pcbuildhelper.com, and although it seems trustworthy, I did see that there was an EVGA 3060 in stock for $390. I went to check it out and it was already sold out. I don't know if I'm using the right applications)

Unaware that Best Buy restocks their 30 series cards every other Tuesday at around noon EST, I spent roughly two and a half hours staring at the Best Buy page, waiting for it to restock. I initially made this entire plan last night, and to be fair it was solid for the time I had, but I want to make sure that the next time Best Buy restocks their cards, I'll be able to get one. I know I'm not the only one, either. So many people are. I've dedicated myself to getting this now, though, as the laptop I've been using for 5 years (which isn't a bad laptop, but it's not meant for gaming in the slightest) is now on it's final legs.
