What is RJ Barrett good at?

I'm asking this question genuinely, not tryna throw shade. I'm just curious from people who watch the Knicks, what is RJ Barrett good at and what does he have potential to be elite at? I've read previously about his inconsistency in scoring for example so maybe he has the potential to be a great scorer in the future?
