Should I sell my Palantir?

I bought Palantir just on Thursday and it has increased about 25% just today. I’m pretty new to investing and this was supposed to be a long-term trade. Since it’s shot up so fast would it be safe to sell now at a large profit, or to hold it incase it will continue to grow?
