Hi just wanted some advice, occasionally I find myself trying to sleep and I can’t until 2-3am but even when I find myself sleeping early I’m constantly waking every 1-2 hours, my dr has tried temazepam and melatonin aswell as things like doxylamine yet I still wake every 1-2 hours, to date there’s nothing indicating sleep apnea, what other things can potentially cause this and what’s the best way to overcome
