Indigo Cabin Baggage Allowance - International

Hi, Can anyone who has travelled very recently on an international flight via Indigo Airlines please advise. Mumbai - Abu Dhabi

1) Their website says 7KG allowance, and at the bottom of the chart it says +3KG laptop bag. Is this correct? https://www.goindigo.in/baggage/baggage-allowance.html

I called their customer line and he didn't know, he put me on hold and then insisted that it is only 7KG. I also told him about the website cabin baggage link and he said it is outdated.

2) Do Indigo actually weigh cabin baggage at Mumbai airport, for international flights?

Hence confused. Please advise
