GAME BREAKING BUG

I was playing normally and then I couldn’t move now i play on ios and I’ve never seen this anywhere else i can still interact with the hud but i noticed its only on my account cause if i play the tutorial i can still move and if an afk screen pops up i can move but a soon as i get to another area i cant move i tried reloging downloading the game again but nothing i even tried deleting my account but the account wont get deleted
