Remains found in 1987 identified as those of missing Michigan woman Tammy Lowe

Tammy was my aunt, so feel free to ask any questions. Note that I was born after she went missing, so most answers relating to her will be secondhand information from my father, who has given me his blessing to discuss this with others.
