Got acceptance into Indiana University MSCS and waiting for UMN and Purdue. Is it appropriate to request possible financial aid in accepted unis ?

Yesterday I got acceptance from iub with a 1.2k usd award too. Not trying to be greedy , but I just wanted to know if I can ask for any aid to them ? If so who to ask and any advice on how to word it ? I would really appreciate the help! (If any detail is needed to clarify I will reply)
