help!!

this is my first ultimate team and ill be honest apart from playing rivals, rush, and redeeming packs, i know nothing about this game. i played on and off since fc25 release so im ngl my team is kinda ass. any help or recommendations will be appreciated. im also in division 9 so im not that good at gameplay itself. any recommendations on how to improve will also be appreciated 😁
