False obstruction on the form 2

Anytime I have a print that is over 5 hours or so, the form 2 invariably shuts down because it thinks there is an obstruction that isn’t actually there.

I’ve been in the room when it happens and I hear the stepper motor clunk for a second and then it shuts down. I inspect the bed and click ignore and the print goes on without a hitch from there.

I imagine the issue is related to a specify z height on the threaded rod. Has anyone else had this issue?

It’s pretty frustrating because the form 2 doesn’t send any notifications so that I can catch the issue right away, and if the pause happens for any real length of time it results in a significant layer artifact.

If there is a fix or a maintenance protocol that would solve this issue I’d love to know.

Thanks!
