Need help understanding possibilities of career pivot?

I have been working as a SAP Analytics Cloud consultant for last 3 yrs and I have found myself not suitable for this career. I've been wanting to make a switch to more technical career like frontend/ full stack development. But I need help understanding certain questions I have regarding this pivot-

1. What is the realistic future scope of this career?
2. Will I be able leverage my experience as SAP consultant when I start job hunting in this career? And how?
3. Recommendations on any other careers I can consider instead.
