Dreams Sands resort - thoughts?

First time AI tourist to Mexico and we're going to this resort next week. I'm super curious of people's experiences there.

I hear the beach is great!

I'm reading about the Preferred package option. How much is it and did you find it worth the extra expense?

Any other general feedback you can share and wish you knew before you went? 😃
