New Budgie

Just got a new budgie. I currently already have one but I was wondering if any of you guys can give me any tips on how to train. This budgie which I have named ong choy, since my other bird is named bok choy. Anyways I expect that it is scared of me of course and it will fly away. But this one is extra alert and aggressive. Also I am not sure how should I try to tame it. I am giving it time to acclimate the new environment. He was from Craigslist, and had a previous owner for about a year. So I assume it is a year old. I noticed it has this behavior where it moves its beak fast and aggressively. Not sure why, I tried to remove the toys and mirror just temporarily too.
