Simulation of mixing of powder and Water.

I have got a client's request where he wants a animation of a milkshake. In that a powder will be poured in milk and it will be a milkshake. So I want to create a simulation where powder is getting in the milked and slowly getting dissolve at the same time changing the milkshake colour. Does anyone know a particular type of tutorial or something which might be helpful? Because I have searched but I didn't get what I wanted.
