i have bo6 with gamepass-if i buy the bault edition upgrade for £30 will i keep the game when gamepass runs out?

I dont normally have gamepass and i dont have the base game of bo6, i was given gamepass by my mate. when i play, in the store it mentions the vault edition upgrade for £30. if i but this will i have the vault edition and the game when my gamepass runs out?
