Overtraining?

Hi, I’m 17 years old and have been doing BJJ for about 1.5 years now.

I’m worried about overtraining, my current workout routine is BJJ on Monday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday, then Thai boxing on Tuesday and Friday.

On top of this I do 2x 30 minutes of HIIT a week and 2 calisthenics workouts.

Is this overtraining or will I make steady progress? I am to compete for the 3rd time in October. Thanks!
