Why is everyone obsessed with low calories?
Ok little bit of backstory before i begin...
I absolutely hate eating & can barely do 2000-2500 kcals daily with "cheating" (if i feel like im lacking calories, i just eat something quick n dirty for +500 cals, like 100g of honey nuts, sweets, etc)
(And to clarify, i dont literally hate to eat, i love good food, i just struggle to eat "enough" of it throughout the day)
Since ive started gym in early december, im trying to do a light/clean bulk, but my god i hate this. I hate eating even at "maintenance".
I dont really count my calories, i just go by feel & that has worked for me, gone from ~63kg --> ~66kg in the span of 2 months, which i think is fine?
I cant wait to go for a cut somewhere in future & getting to eat "alot" lesss.
Would be heaven for me to just have like 1 proper warm meal, 1-2 protein shakes & some light snacking to hit that ~1700-2000cals. (Before exercising, i would maybe have 1-2 meals all day & thats it)
I cant think of a single reason why would anyone ruin the flavor, or consistancy of a food to just have more or it..? (Talking about those 300kcal 50g protein diy-chocolate "cakes", having protein with water, light sodas/energy drinks..)
Are the cut meals just for people who want to stuff themselves full of food & not over-eat, or am i missing something?
