Chaplains team is unable to accommodate religious needs

Context, I'm currently deployed and am Jewish.

I have been told that there are no Jewish services where i am serving due to the lack of practicing jews, apparently I'm the only one here...

What recourse, if any do I have?

I'm currently trying to coordinate a Seder, and they've said "we'll see what we can do" but have not been very supportive.
