I wish I didn't look so creepy (22M)

Women often give me funny looks and people often assume I'm malicious. I look like an illegal immigrant even though I was born and raised in England. I've lived in my current town for nearly 6 years and only recently found a female friend who's a similar age to me (19).

I also think I may have BPD.
