2k Velvet heart trading value

Hello! I’m a newer player and I’m unsure what to expect when trading my velvet hearts. I’m loaded down with tons of VDay items and I just don’t really want anymore. I’d like to trade my VH for some good event horses if possible. Possibly one really good one, or two of lesser value? Is that a realistic expectation? Thank you!
