I still miss you

Even though I shouldn't I still miss you. I still think about you everyday. you are the last thing I see in my mind before I drift off to sleep. I wonder how you are, if you are ok. no matter how much time passes, my love for you hasn't changed. but alas, you made your choice, you want to act like I don't exist, so I just keep going on with my life, all the daily things, but you are always there in the back of my mind. I hope you are well and happy. I hope you are taking care of yourself. maybe in another life we can try again. maybe you won't run away next time. until then. I love you forever and always
