The most Cringy story line on supernatural?

Looking back to the older seasons of supernatural, some of the plots don't hold in today's standards. Whatever your opinion is some of these episodes might be a tad offensive or off color. And I'm sure some of you don't think that way and think the writing has always been great. That's fine your opinions are valid.

For me, there is one episode I recently watched where I was like why?! Yellow fever was a funny episode, but the end is hard to swallow. I wasn't a big fan of them having to terrorize the ghost that was wrongfully murder. I feel like it was supposed to bring empathy towards the ghost, but fails to deliver. It really doesn't make sense. Why couldn't Sam use altruism to save the day? Anyway it didn't ruin thee show. Just something I didn't notice before.
