it's insane to me how they can discard flex employees like we're not real employees

i have worked at sephora for almost three years, i am an LBA and i just moved back to flex because i have a second job now and i was being scheduled by sephora every single day i didn't work at my other job

consistently been tier 1 throughout my employment, what does that mean? while i was making $15.50, $16.45, and $17.45 an hour they were getting at the MINIMUM $250 an hour for my labor

my store just did 40k on a fucking monday with 8 BAS no matter how much money i make for them in services or in sales it doesn't matter because i don't work as much as they want me to

i can't take the employment surveys anymore you know because what value would i have to offer when i don't work 20 hours i don't work at all in their eyes, can't get gratis despite being an LBA so if i want to know how new products perform i guess ill just test them out on clients, can't get the bonus because why would i deserve a piece of the billions they make when i contribute nothing to it (i make them 15X more than what i make)

very diverse, equitable, and inclusive of them to pretty much say "work enough for us to value your labor or go to hell"
