I hate my hours

So I’m a FT LBA at my store and though I’m grateful for full time hours I’ve literally never had a weekend off since I started last year in January. I’ve always either had to use PTO made months in advance. I feel like I literally don’t have a life outside of work. I guess what I need is advice on how to go about bringing this up AGAIN to my SM and ASM because it just seems like they took me asking about it as a suggestion and not an actual need from me. I’m not asking for every full weekend off but damn like maybe a Saturday or a Sunday off every other week would be nice, so I could actually spend quality time with my partner.
