Best HYDRATING eye cream?

Going to take advantage of the sephora sale and splurge on a good hydrating eye cream! What eye cream is really good for hydrating both eyelids and under eyes that you swear by? My eye lids and under eyes are really red and dry (thanks lash serum) so needing something good!
