Polar Grit X not showing favourite routes

Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone might have experienced the same issue!

I’ve had a Grit X since September. However, I got injured within a fortnight of getting the watch, so I haven’t really done too many new routes since then.

Now I’m off for Christmas and feeling better, I downloaded Komoot and favourited some longer routes in my local area.

Komoot and Polar Flow are definitely connected, and Polar Flow shows my Komoot routes as favourites… but no matter what I do they won’t appear on the watch (the ‘Favourites’ feature still has a line through it).

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as connected and disconnecting Komoot, but nothing worked. I’ve also tried syncing from my PC.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue? I’m a bit lost since it’s my first time trying to connect to Komoot.
