How the fuck do i wash my face......

Tl;dr: how do you wash your face without irritating your piercing/s or what is a good non-irritating cleanser? Every time i start washing my face again they get bumps no matter how hard i try to avoid the areas :(

I have both of my eyebrows and nostrils pierced and it's been over a year for all of them but i still manage to get bumps. My first nose piercing and eyebrow were done more than a year ago (maybe two at this point) and while they rarely get bumps anymore my eyebrow has been bothering me lately :/ my other eyebrow is almost a year old and my nose is only a few months old so that's understandable but as soon as they get close to going away they start yelling at me again and it's usually when i start picking up washing my face again. The only time my piercings have all chilled out was when i DIDNT wash my face for like ...a month so i can only assume it's because of that. I use saline spray twice a day everyday regardless of if i do my skincare it's just annoying i feel ljke they'll never go down :(
