Is this worth the price? upgrading from an i7-4770

Saw this post sa FB, was wondering if its worth getting (planning to swap with an old iPhone X I'm not using anymore). I want to upgrade my i7-4770 setup to more modern hardware and so I found this bundle. I know I'll be swapping the CPU in the future but I also found out the RAM is only 2400mhz. Will that be okay for now, so I won't have to swap it right away? thank u!!!!

P.S. pls give RAM recommendations too, balak ko sana mag 32gb, pero kung lampas 3k, siguro 16gb na muna
