How do I get it?

I’m wondering how to get the Blackwatch reyes skin cause my friend has it and he doesn’t know how he got it and he started in Overwatch 1. But another one of my friends who started playing about 2 months ago has the skin and he started playing in Overwatch 2. This also applies for the Strike Commander Morrison skin for Solider.
