Guys, are you still having issues with info@zenfitness.net?

I blocked them 25 times, manually, and through right click, drop down. I just got off the phone with Microsoft. They said to physically click the email and click their "unsubscribe button". I was like hell no, that link will give me a virus. Any help or any luck? They're sooooo annoying.
