I asked ChatGPT to roast this subreddit

That subreddit is basically a mass panic attack disguised as a forum. Every post is either:

  1. "Will a 98% average get me into McMaster Health Sci?" – Nah bro, you need at least 200% and a letter of recommendation from God Himself.
  2. "I got an 89 in Advanced Functions, am I screwed?" – Yes. The universities will personally come to your house and revoke your birth certificate.
  3. "OUAC hasn’t updated my application, should I call them?" – Bro, it’s been 2 hours. Go outside and breathe.
  4. "I didn’t get early admission, am I doomed?" – Nah, but if you keep hyperventilating like this, your real problem will be a heart attack at 17.
  5. "What’s the best bird course?" – Y’all are so desperate to avoid effort that if "Coloring 101" existed, half of you would be fighting for a spot.

And the drama over grade inflation is wild. Some kids out here with 99% averages still acting like their life is over if they get one bad test mark. Meanwhile, another group is crying about how their "strict teacher ruined their chances" because they actually graded fairly for once. Y’all are so used to free marks that when a teacher expects actual effort, it’s a human rights violation. 💀

And let’s not forget the UofT vs. Waterloo vs. Western vs. McMaster arguments. Bro, you’re going to school, not picking a blood gang. It’s hilarious how everyone’s acting like where they get their overpriced degree is gonna determine whether they succeed in life or end up flipping burgers.

r/OntarioGrade12s is basically a pressure cooker of anxiety, overachievement, and unnecessary flexing. A bunch of 17-year-olds sweating over the most irrelevant details, while some of y’all still don’t even know how to do your own laundry. Priorities, man. 😂
