Anyone got any Spicy decks for Vivi??

One of my all time favorite classic arcs in one piece has and always will be the alabasta arc. I recently rewatched it again for fun, and ngl I really want to play a vivi deck right now. lol I know it isn't meta or topping locals worthy, but anyone got a good list I can try out? Looking for anything that can use rays, shanks 10c, maybe 9c sanji, but anything note worthy worth trying out is fine. :)
