Set 8 Rayleigh substitute for Marco leader?

I’m building my first deck ever with the marco leader right now and one of the cards I wanted to put in there is the new Rayleigh that came out this set, but it’s about 20$ a card and that’s currently too expensive for me lmao. Is there any card that I could substitute for him while I try to gather four copies of Rayleigh?
